Rules for accounts, submissions, access requests and repository use.
Acceptable Use
Use Inrep Scholar for lawful academic, repository, review and institutional workflows. Do not upload malware, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, scrape restricted records, or submit content you are not authorised to deposit.
Accounts
Students, researchers and academic staff must use an approved institutional email domain where required by the institution. Account access may be suspended when an institution subscription expires, a domain is no longer approved, or misuse is detected.
Submissions
Depositors are responsible for accurate metadata, copyright permission, supervisor approval where required, and the legality of uploaded files. Institutions control review, publication, embargo and access decisions for their repository records.

Features, policies and access rules may change to support security, compliance, billing, storage and institutional governance requirements.
