Depositor Responsibility
Depositors must confirm that they own the work, have permission to submit it, or are authorised by their institution, supervisor, publisher or research group.
Repository Access
Institutions may publish metadata only, open files, view-only files, restricted files, embargoed records or private records depending on their policies and the rights attached to each work.
Third-party Material
Works containing third-party images, datasets, extracts or appendices should only be deposited when the necessary permissions, licences or fair-use basis are documented.
Corrections
Institutions can update, restrict, correct or remove records when copyright, authorship, confidentiality or policy issues are confirmed.
