Can we start with one repository team?

Yes. The Launch plan is designed for a single repository team — library staff, research office, or a department. You can upgrade to Growth or Enterprise as your institution scales.

What security controls are included?

Every plan includes role-based access, protected file serving, audit logs, access approval workflows, and NDPR-conscious data handling. Higher plans add SSO and advanced compliance exports.

Why does pricing vary by institution size?

Pricing reflects the number of institution units, users, and reporting complexity — not just storage. We'll work with you to find a rate that fits your actual usage.

Can Inrep Scholar migrate existing records?

Yes. Repository data migration is available as an add-on. Our team helps structure and import your existing records into Inrep Scholar with metadata mapping.

How does Inrep protect client data?

Files are stored outside public web folders and served through controlled application routes. All access events are logged. PDF viewing uses expiring tokens. Data handling is NDPR-aligned.
